Welcome to ReST!
This is a space for resting in more ways than one. Through Massage Therapy/Bodywork, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Restorative Breathwork, Sound Baths and Intuitive Guidance, we cultivate self-awareness, self-healing, inner peace and power.
Based on your specific needs, we will customize your session to enhance your sense of well-being, physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually.
I look forward to meeting with you, getting to know you, and helping you in your quest for relief, rest and balance.

While I understand things come up, I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you are responsible for 50% of the treatment cost before rebooking.
Why is this? As a solo practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my valued clients. Even though you are not receiving the treatment you scheduled, the time has still been set aside for you, and without advanced notice it is very difficult to find someone else to fill that time.
However, if you find someone to fill your spot, the fee will be waived.
Any no call/no show appointments will be charged the full cost of the treatment before rebooking.
